TPE business volume is included in Guidap Payment's overall volume. This allows you to pass levels in the Guidap Payment Guidap Payment service fees service charges, reducing your online payment and POS charges at the same time.
Prerequisites
- You must have access to the Point of Sale interface in your Guidap account.
- You must have created and activated your Guidap Payment account.
- You must have a wifi (recommended) and/or 4G connection where you wish to cash in.
- As stocks are limited, you will only be able to order 1 Guidap TPE for the 2024 season. If you are accustomed to using several EFTPOS terminals, you can order 1 Guidap EFTPOS terminal and add your usual EFTPOS terminal to your fleet.

- If your customer requests a receipt, you can send them the order invoice by email. This device cannot print proof of debit directly.

- Printer : Yes
- You can print the CB receipt (not the till receipt) for each transaction.
In case of breakage or theft?
Our TPEs are supplied with a protective shell to make them more durable in extreme environments.
In case of breakdown :
- Contact Guidap support. Our teams will be able to check the state of the equipment remotely.
- If the equipment is faulty due to a manufacturing problem or abnormal battery wear, it will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible.
In the event of breakage or theft :
Our TPEs have a minimum minimum of 4 years with proper use.
In the event of breakage or theft, we'll replace the terminal, deducting the monthly instalments you've already paid from the fixed cost. You'll then have a new terminal with which to continue cashing. The flat rates applied are as follows:
AMS1 : 440€
S1F2 : 790€

What are the delivery times?
Our VSEs are usually dispatched within 3 working days to mainland France.
However, in certain cases, or if your base is located outside mainland France, this can be faster, but also longer.
We recommend that you order your equipment at least 1 to 2 weeks before you open to the public so you can enjoy it from day one!
