Yes, with the Invoicing and Accounting option, Guidap provides all the invoices and accounting information required to comply with French finance law.

To use Guidap, all you need is an Internet connection. Most smartphones, tablets and computers work with Guidap. We'll test your equipment with you to avoid unnecessary financial and environmental impact.

Guidap specializes in the management of outdoor and indoor leisure facilities. We want to be sure that Guidap is the right fit for your park before we begin our adventure together. So we'll have an in-depth discussion with you to make sure this is the case.

Use

Guidap can be used on all devices - tablets, phones and computers - both for your customers when they book online, and for your teams via the dashboard. You'll be able to access your schedule, take bookings or cash in from your phone.

If you have partners (tourist offices, campsites, activity providers) who resell your activities, you can give them access to Guidap so that they can view your availabilities. They'll improve the service they offer their customers, and you'll save management time.

Guidap is committed to respecting and enforcing the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

 

The application and database are hosted on French and European servers to comply with RGPD standards. The Guidap application is dissociated from the database to ensure continuous availability of the service.

 

Your personal consumer data is accessible only by the Customer's team. The Guidap team may have access to this data for the purposes of customer support or application debugging.
