Fun, sport and shared pleasure for all generations! Aquapark Beluga is a water playground opening in 2019 in the Beaujolais region, in the enchanting setting of ****de la Plage du Colombier in Anse (69).

Its founder, Fabrice Béguin, has designed an ultra-modern 900 m2 course: customers can enjoy slides, catapults, floating bridges to cross without falling... 12 state-of-the-art inflatables will give everyone a real moment of madness!

Aquapark Beluga is located in a 120-hectare former gravel pit, specially redeveloped for swimming, with exceptional water quality, nestled in a superb 70-hectare natural area.

Difficulties before Guidap

Too much time on the phone

Fabrice and his teams welcome nearly 15,000 guests over the course of the season (from late June to September).

When the park opened in 2019, and before Guidap was used, they had to manage the large number of reservations by telephone.

A time-consuming job that didn't allow Fabrice to spend as much time as he would have liked in direct contact with his customers.

Managing cancellations could also quickly become complex: Aquapark didn't have optimum visibility of all its numerous bookings.
